Native Italian Chef Paolo Moscolo brings seasonal specialties and his signature dishes to the table by sourcing only the finest ingredients available. His lifelong career in the culinary arts started in Alghero, Italy. As a young adult had the privilege of cooking all over Europe. In 2002 Chef Paolo arrived in the US and has brought his Italian roots full circle upon arriving at Trattoria al Giardino in the summer of 2013.
